Earlier in the year, Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent formed a public survey for Stoke-on-Trent residents to share their experiences of local NHS dental services over the last couple of years.
The survey was made up of 6 questions that targeted Stoke-on-Trent residents who wanted to share their experiences of NHS dentistry. Survey questions relate to the individuals attendance, service accessibility, fairness and affordability of NHS dental services.
This report features a background of why the survey was produced, shared key findings from the 104 responses to the survey, and concludes with recommendations for local NHS dental services as a result of our findings.
