Tell us about: Autism & ADHD assessments for children and young people
We are inviting parents and carers to share their experiences of Autism and/or ADHD assessments of their children, no matter what stage you are in the process.
We attend the monthly Parent Engagement Group in Stoke-on-Trent (PEGiS) SEND Community Lounges, where you can come along to share your story with us and seek advice and information from plenty of other local services.
On Wednesday 4th February 2026, 10am - 12noon, we will be at the PEGiS session at Hazel Trees, Duke Street, Fenton. ST4 3NR. It will be an engaging and interactive session, exploring three questions about the Autism & ADHD assessment process:
- How easy was it to get a referral into the service – if you didn't get one, why not?
- If you have accessed the service, how did you find the assessment process?
- If you have reached the end of the assessment process, how was your report?
Can't make it? If you'd like to speak to a member of our team directly about your experience, you can contact us on 03303 130247 or email info@healthwatchstoke.co.uk. Or, if you prefer to share your feedback anonymously, you can complete our online survey or scan the QR code below.
We are also running focus groups, drop-in sessions and surveys on adult Autism & ADHD support and accessing adults mental health services.
