Stoke-on-Trent City Council to review and modernise local reablement services
Stoke-on-Trent City Council are working with NHS colleagues to review and modernise local reablement services in 2024. As a result we would like to talk to people who have used the City Council’s Enablement service or the Home First Service provided by the NHS during the last 12 months.
Have you had care in your own home and would like to contribute to improving local services to increase independence? If so, we would like to learn from your experiences, good or bad.
A series of workshops are set to take place in February/March 2024, that will showcase ideas of how the services will be developed going forward. We are inviting people to contribute their views to these workshops, either in person, or in advance by email.
