Our priority project on Parkinson's disease is now coming to a close.

Thank you to everyone who took part, whether by helping to promote our project and surveys, or through sharing your story of Parkinson’s disease and using local healthcare services with us. The survey is now closed, and our team are working on bringing you a report that tells you and service providers all about our findings.
